Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange Policy:


1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided by the store within seven days of the date of receipt. The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product after seven days have elapsed.


2- To be eligible for exchange, the product must be in its original condition, and the consumer must not have used or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before exchange to ensure its condition. The consumer is responsible for the shipping costs if they wish to exchange the product. For international exchanges, the consumer is responsible for all shipping costs and for delivering the product to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.


The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:


1- If the product was manufactured at the consumer's request or according to specifications they provided, except for products that are defective or do not conform to the specifications provided by the consumer.


2- If the product consists of videotapes, CDs, DVDs, or software that have been used.


3- If the product consists of newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or other copyrighted materials. 4- If a defect appears in the product due to consumer misuse.


5- If the contract involves the provision of accommodation, transportation, or catering services.


6- If the contract involves the purchase of downloadable software products online.


Return Policy:


1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product provided to them by the store within seven days of the date of receipt. This right expires after seven days.


2- To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, and the consumer must not have used or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before accepting the return to ensure its condition.


3- The consumer bears the costs associated with the return process. In the case of international returns, the consumer is responsible for all shipping and delivery costs to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.


The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:


1- If the product was manufactured at the consumer's request or according to specifications they provided, except for products that are defective or that do not conform to the specifications provided by the consumer.
